Abstract

The present invention provides an air traffic control instruction automatic generation method and system. The method comprises the steps of: constructing a control database corresponding to each control person; constructing an association rule according to a historical CFL instruction and a corresponding historical control voice; collecting air traffic control operation data, performing machine learning for the association rule; constructing a voice library corresponding to each control person; and when a new CFL instruction generated by an air traffic control automatic system is received, transferring corresponding voice signals for play from the voice library of the control person according to a machine learning result. The method can perform machine learning for the historical control record and can assist control persons in automatic generation of standard and accurate air traffic control instructions so as to reduce the control load, avoid speaking error generation and improve airtraffic control operation efficiency and safety.
