Embodiment 1

[0020] Picking the southern highbush blueberry variety 'O'Neill' whose fruit surface has a blue range of about 80% with the naked eye. Immediately place the fresh blueberry fruit in a polypropylene tray, spread the fruit on a flat layer, and place it under the blue LED light board for irradiation, set the main wavelength of the light source to 440nm, and the light intensity to 60μmol·m -2 ·s -1 , turned over with slight shaking every 15 minutes, and the light time was set to 0.3, 1, and 3 hours respectively, and natural light was used as a control. After the light treatment, put the fresh blueberry fruit into an artificial climate box (temperature 25° C., humidity 95%) and store it away from light for 12 hours. The effects before and after light treatment are shown in Table 1. When the light time exceeds 3 hours, the sugar content increases slowly.

Abstract

The invention discloses a light source regulation method for improving the post-harvest sugar content of fresh blueberries. The method comprises the following steps: fresh blueberries are picked; themain wavelength of the light source is set to be 440 to 460 nm, the light intensity is 20 to 100 mumol.m<-2>.s<-1>, the fresh blueberries are laid into one layer and is placed below a blue-light LED lamp board for irradiation, side turning is carried out each 10 to 20 min, and the irradiation lasts for 0.3 to 3 h; and response treatment is carried out: the fresh blueberries through irradiation treatment are stored in dark for 10 to 14 h. In view of fresh blueberries harvested at incomplete maturity, the blue light is selected to perform light quality treatment on the fresh blueberries, the appearance of the fruit is not influenced, and the post-harvest sugar content of the blueberries can be improved significantly; besides, the method can increase the anthocyanin content of the blueberries, and the nutritional value is improved.
