Abstract

The invention discloses a method of measuring isocarbophos by the fluorescent spectrometry of aptamer mediating nitrogen-doped carbon spots catalyzing H2O2 reaction with TMB. The method comprises thefollowing steps that (1), an isocarbophos standard solution system with preset concentration is prepared; (2), a blank comparison solution system is prepared; (3), delta F=F-F0 is calculated; (4), thedelta F is used for conducting a working curve for the concentration of the isocarbophos; (5), a tested sample solution is prepared, and delta F sample=F sample-F0 is calculated; and (6), the isocarbophos concentration in the tested sample is calculated. The catalysis of isocarbophos aptamer reacting mediating nitrogen-doped carbon spots (CD) is adopted, that is, the CD catalyzes the oxidation ofTMB by H2O2 to produce fluorescence products. The CD is combined with the catalysis, and therefore sensitivity is greatly improved. The fluorescence products are used as a fluorescence probe and arein linear relationship with the concentration of the tested isocarbophos. Quantitative measuring of the isocarbophos by nitrogen-doped carbon spots catalytic reacting fluorescent spectrometry is realized. The method is simple and quick, is excellent in selectivity and is high in sensitivity.
