Problems solved by technology

Protein content is a key indicator to measure the quality of milk. Some unscrupulous vendors use the "National Food Safety Standard - Determination of Protein in Food (GB / T 5009.5-2003)" to detect inorganic nitrogen-containing substances and organic non-protein nitrogen-containing substances. Insufficient positive, by adding melamine, ammonium chloride, urea and other non-protein nitrogen to milk to increase the nitrogen content of the product, resulting in milk adulteration incidents from time to time

Abstract

The invention discloses a quick detection method for protein in milk. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a sunset yellow solution as a detecting reagent; (2) preparing a series of standard protein aqueous solutions in concentrations, mixing the standard protein aqueous solutions with the detecting reagent, oscillating, centrifuging, taking supernate and diluting with water, preparing a standard color gradation card according to the solution color or using an ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer for determining absorbancy at 483nm and drawing a standard curve; (3) mixing a to-be-detected milk sample with the detecting reagent, oscillating, centrifuging, taking supernate and diluting with water, comparing with the standard color gradation card or determining absorbancy at 483nm using the ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer and calculating the content of the protein in the to-be-detected milk sample according to the standard curve. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the quick detection for the content of the protein in milk can be completed within 15-20min. When the method is adopted together with an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, the quantitative determination for the content of the protein in milk can be realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rapid detection method for protein in milk. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's economy, people's demand for milk and other foods is increasing, and its quality and safety have also attracted much attention. Positive deficiency, by adding melamine, ammonium chloride, urea and other non-protein nitrogen to milk to increase the nitrogen content of the product, leading to milk adulteration incidents occur from time to time. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a method for detecting protein in milk to realize quantitative determination of protein content in milk. Contents of the invention [0003] ...
