Abstract

The invention provides a headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography detection and analysis method for the volatile oil components of seabuckthorn. The present invention analyzes seabuckthorn by the method of headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography, detects 106 peaks in total, and identifies 76 components thereof. After comparison, it is found that the seabuckthorn volatile oil components identified by the present invention are far more than those reported in the prior art, indicating that the detection method and qualitative analysis means of the present invention have significant advantages. Moreover, the method of the present invention has high degree of automation, simple operation, more accurate qualitative and more reliable results, and can also be applied to the detection and analysis of volatile components of other medicinal and edible homologous plants, so as to control the quality of medicinal and edible homologous plants and promote the development of medicinal and edible homologous plants.
