Disclosed are microwave popcorn articles including thaumatin to provide improved texture and flavor. The articles can include a hydrogenated fat, liquid oil and / or a thickened liquid (at room temperature) oil and their methods of preparation. The microwave popcorn articles comprise any conventional microwave popcorn bag or container, and a food charge disposed therein comprising kernel popcorn and / or puffable pellets; 1% to 45% liquid (at room temperature) oil; and, 0% to 4% salt. The oil ingredient has a melting point of ≦25° C. The oil ingredient includes an oil thickening ingredient especially a starch based oil thickening ingredient such as a cyclodextrin in amounts sufficient to dimensionally stabilize the oil. By avoiding hydrogenation to solidify the oil into a solid fat at room temperatures, finished popcorn products can be provided that are desirably low in trans fatty acid content. The methods of preparation include preparing a heated oil thickened with cyclodextrin complexed with the oil and adding the thickened oil to the microwave container.

The invention discloses a quick detecting method of the edible vegetable oil quality through using an attenuated total reflection Fourier infrared spectroscopy, and the problems that the current detecting method can not verify whether the edible vegetable oil is repeatedly heated at high temperature or whether swill-cooked dirty oil is mixed in fresh edible vegetable oil can be solved. The method comprises the steps of: indicating the change of oil ingredients by fully utilizing the changes of the peak shape and the peak height of an infrared second derivative spectrometry; measuring the content of trans-fatty acids in the edible vegetable oil through absorbance of a characteristic absorption peak at 966.50cm<-1>; judging whether the edible vegetable oil is heated through the change of the characteristic peak at 988cm<-1>, and calculating the heating time; and determining whether the edible vegetable oil is swill-cooked dirty oil through the change of the characteristic absorption peak at 988cm<-1>. The quick detecting method of the edible vegetable oil quality is simple in operation, low in cost, free of pollution, high in detecting precision, and quick and accurate and can be capable of judging an edible vegetable oil sample to be detected which is repeatedly heated at the high temperature, the swill-cooked dirty oil and the swill-cooked dirty oil mixed in the fresh edible vegetable oil.

According to the combined-type hydrogenation treatment method, organic chloride in waste tire pyrolysis oil, especially organic chloride in the gasoline and diesel oil ingredients, is reduced effectively in the dechlorination reactor, so that the downstream hydrotreating reactor is protected from influences of chlorine ions, and equipment investment on hydrogenation equipment is reduced effectively; heat energy utilization ratio of refined products is increased, fuel gas consumption amount is reduced, equipment operation cost is reduced, modification using of tire pyrolysis oil is realized, and economic benefits and environmental benefits are maximized.

The technology adopted by the method of the invention comprises the following steps: the first step: feeding oil ingredients; the second step: communicating the inlet air pipe of a wheel gear pressure pump with an oil inlet regulating valve, and communicating an outlet air pipe with an oil outlet regulating valve; the third step: starting the nitrogen generator, and using nitrogen to replace air in the cavity of the tank; and the fourth step: starting the wheel gear pressure pump, when the exhaust air pressure reaches 0.1-0.6 MPa, the nitrogen is fed into the blend oil tank from the oil outlet, and the nitrogen with higher pressure is used for stirring the mixed oil in the tank, so that the mixed oil can be blended evenly. In the method of the invention, oxygen which is easy to result in oxidative rancidity of the oil is completely isolated in the stirring process, thereby realizing sufficient mixing and homogeneous blending, and ensuring production of high-quality blend oil.
