fermentation liquor are removed, the pH of the fermentation liquor is adjusted to be 5-7, pigments in the fermentation liquor are removed through D201 resin, and then residual pigments are removed through
activated carbon. And removing the
activated carbon through high-speed
centrifugation and three-stage
filtration to obtain a crude extract. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, extracting the thaumatine II protein, then, carrying out impure protein interception and concentration by using a 30kDa membrane bag and a 10kDa membrane bag, and finally, carrying out
freeze drying on a concentrated solution, so as to obtain thaumatine II protein
dry powder. According to the scheme provided by the invention,
impurity pigments generated in
thaumatin protein production can be quickly and effectively removed, the protein
recovery rate and activity are not influenced, and the method has a wide application prospect.
