Inputting sample data of a non-excellent person into the potential excellent person identification model to calculate a probability value for the non-excellent person to grow into each excellent person type; judging whether each of the probability values is greater than a preset probability; and selecting a maximum probability value from a probability value greater than a preset probability value, and taking a performance excellence type corresponding to the maximum probability value as a potential development performance excellence type of the non-performance excellence personnel.
