The module structure comprises a solar cell, an interconnecting sheet, a module connecting sheet, a diode and a glass cover sheet. The glass cover sheet comprises an upper glass cover sheet and a lower glass cover sheet. The lower glass cover sheet is of an abnormal structure. The upper glass cover sheet is of the same structure as the solar cell, and the solar cell is enclosed between the upper glass cover sheet and the lower glass cover sheet. The solar cell, the diode and the module connectingpiece are connected through the interconnecting piece.
