Abstract

A central electrical junction box includes electrical assemblies and a single stationary part. The electrical assembly includes a lower case, a printed circuit board, an upper case and an electrical device. The lower housing is joined to a housing holding a plurality of electrical connectors having a plurality of electrical terminals. The printed circuit board has a plurality of corresponding electrical terminals configured to mate with the plurality of electrical terminals of the plurality of electrical connectors. The electrical assembly defines a guide hole through the upper housing, printed circuit board, and lower housing, wherein the guide hole defines a shoulder in the upper housing. The single fastening component includes a first fastening element within the guide bore, the first fastening element having a flange and a shank. The handle is operatively engaged with a second fastening element disposed within the housing. The flange engages the shoulder, wherein when the first fastening element and the second fastening element are tightened together, the electrical assembly is introduced into the housing such that the plurality of electrical terminals and the corresponding electrical terminals match.
