The method comprises the following steps that: a communication signal or acommunication channel is detected to obtain a detection result; a blind detection parameter corresponding to the detection result is obtained, wherein the communication signal includes a wake-up signal or a sleep signal and the communication channel includes a wake-up channel or a sleep channel. Therefore, blind detection parameters can be flexibly obtained through the communication signal or thecommunication channel, so that the number of times of blind detection is reduced and the power consumption of the user terminal is saved.
