Embodiment 1

[0082] Embodiment 1 Cervical vertebra natural height fixing plate of the present invention (1)

[0083] See figure 1 , figure 1 It is a structural schematic diagram of the cervical vertebra natural height fixing plate of embodiment 1. The cervical spine natural height fixing plate is provided with a plate body 1 , a fusion window 2 , a locking member 3 and a screw fixing hole 4 . Seen in the state of use, the projection of the plate body 1 on the coronal plane is rectangular (meaning that its outline is basically rectangular), and the projection on the horizontal plane is arc-shaped. The plate body 1 is provided with three fusion windows 2, and the three fusion windows 2 are arranged along the vertical axis. The minimum distance between the upper and lower sidewalls along the vertical axis is 3-8mm, and the minimum distance between the left and right sidewalls of the fusion window 2 along the horizontal axis is 12.1-18mm. Locking pieces 3 are provided at both ends of the p...

Embodiment 2

[0087] Embodiment 2 Cervical vertebra natural height fixing plate of the present invention (two)

[0088] See figure 2 , figure 2 It is a structural schematic diagram of the cervical vertebra natural height fixing plate of embodiment 2. The cervical spine natural height fixing plate is provided with a plate body 1 , a fusion window 2 , a locking member 3 and a screw fixing hole 4 . Viewed from the state of use, the projection of the plate body 1 on the coronal plane is rectangular (meaning that its outline is basically rectangular), and the projection on the horizontal plane is arc-shaped. The plate body 1 is provided with three fusion windows 2, and the three fusion windows 2 are arranged along the vertical axis. The projection of the fusion window 2 on the coronal plane is a rectangle (meaning that its outline is basically a rectangle). 2 The minimum distance between the upper and lower side walls along the vertical axis is 3-8 mm, and the minimum distance between the l...

Embodiment 3

[0091] Embodiment 3 Cervical vertebra natural height fixing plate of the present invention (three)

[0092] See Figure 4 , Figure 4 It is a structural schematic diagram of the cervical vertebra natural height fixing plate of embodiment 3. The cervical spine natural height fixing plate is provided with a plate body 1 , a fusion window 2 , a locking member 3 and a screw fixing hole 4 . Seen from the state of use, the projection of the plate body 1 on the coronal plane is rectangular (meaning that its outline is basically rectangular), and the projection on the horizontal plane is arc-shaped. The plate body 1 is provided with three fusion windows 2, and the three fusion windows 2 are arranged along the vertical axis. Abstract

The invention relates to an anterior fixation fusion system for the natural height of the cervical vertebra. The system comprises a cervical vertebra natural height fixing plate and a cage; the cervical vertebra natural height fixing plate is provided with a plate body, wherein the plate body is provided with a fusion window, a retaining member and a screw fixing hole cooperating with a screw, thesize of the fusion window allows the cage to pass. The invention designs a new operation method of firstly fixing the centrum and then implanting the cage after removing the intervertebral disc and the corresponding fixation fusion system, thereby avoiding the problem that the neck aches due to the fact that the natural height is lost due to excessive propping up of the centrum caused by the implantation of the cage, so that the reconstructed cervical vertebra system is high in stability and uniform in stress, thereby being conductive to improving the operation effect of percutaneous cervicaldiscectomy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to a natural height anterior cervical fixation and fusion system. Background technique [0002] The indications for cervical discectomy are: 1. Cervical spondylosis with obvious damage to the spinal cord, nerve roots, and vertebral arteries, who fail systematic conservative treatment; 2. Patients with cervical spondylosis who have symptoms due to trauma or other causes Sudden exacerbation; 3. Patients with acute cervical disc herniation who are ineffective after non-surgical treatment; 4. Patients with cervical spondylosis have obvious instability of a certain segment of the cervical spine and obvious neck pain, which is ineffective after regular non-operative treatment, even if there is no sensation in the limbs , movement disorders, surgical treatment should also be considered to terminate the foreseeable disease progression. [0003] There are two approaches for microsco...
