The pulley-clip scaffold with the cross rod falling-off-preventing self-locking device comprises a vertical rod and a cross rod; the ends of the cross rod are connected with limiting pins correspondingly, and the vertical rod is connected with a pulley-clip disc; through holes for allowing the limiting pins to penetrate through are formed in the pulley-clip disc, and grooves are formed in the limiting pins; the pulley-clipscaffold further comprises self-locking blocks which are movably connected into the grooves and contained in the grooves when the limiting pins pass through the through holes; and the self-locking blocks are rotated or popped out from the grooves after the limiting pins penetrate through the through holes and lock and fix the limiting pins into the pulley-clip disc.
