Abstract

The present application provides a method of handling a memory failure, comprising the steps that a first control unit determines an address of a memory in which a failure exists in a first storage space, the first storage space being capable of storing data backed up in the first control unit by a second control unit in a manner of direct memory access to a DMA; the first control unit synchronizes the address of the memory in which the fault exists in the first storage space to the second control unit; the second control unit obtains an address of a memory in which a fault exists in the firststorage space; the second control unit stores cached data, which is the data stored by the processing unit through the second control unit, in the first storage space in a DMA manner, and isolates amemory in which a failure exists in the first storage space when storing the data. This method can reduce the probability of OOM occurring due to memory failure during image access.
