The invention aims to solve the problems of waste on time resource, increase of time delay, and communication interruption caused by a polling operation in the conventional NOMA (Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access) network, provides a bidirectional non-orthogonal multiple access method based on full duplex relay, and belongs to the technical field of information and communication. The bidirectional non-orthogonal multiple access method comprises the following steps that: a user D1 and a user D2 needing information communication transmit respective signals, namely, x1 and x2 to a relay simultaneously; the relay receives a superposed signal of the x1 and x2, a loop interface signal and a noise signal simultaneously; the relay detects the signals x1 and x2 in sequence, and transmits a superposednon-orthogonal multiple access signal simultaneously to the user D1 and user D2 according to the detected signal x1 and signal x2; the user D1 and user D2 receive a superposed non-orthogonal multipleaccess signal respectively; the user D1 detects the signal x2; when the signal x2 is detected, the user D1 needs to detect the signal x1 firstly, removes the signal x1 from the received signals afterfinishing of the detection, and detects the signal x2; and the user D2 directly detects the signal x1.
