Abstract

The invention discloses an intermittent-motion-pair-mechanism-contained comprehensive test bench for nonlinear dynamic characteristics. A sleeve sleeves a second rotating shaft; one motor drives the second rotating shaft to rotate or to be locked; and the other motor drives the sleeve to slide along the second rotating shaft. According to the invention, a changing rule of mechanical characteristics between motion pair elements under conditions of different clearances, different rotating speeds and relative horizontal planes is obtained. With the test bench, switching among a cylindrical pair,a sliding pair and a rotating pair is realized and relevant nonlinear dynamic characteristics testing is carried out.
