Through addition of a certain proportion of silicon micropowder into a production formula, pores of a cement substrate can be effectively filled, the compactness of the board is improved, and the water absorbing rate is reduced; meanwhile, through production of a gel by virtue of a hydration reaction of the silicon micropowder and the cement, adhesion between the fiber and the cement is strengthened and the flexural strength of the board is effectively improved.
