One pair of brackets isarranged at the standing column in a sliding manner; and a deviation detecting instrument and a reference detecting instrument are arranged at ends, away from the sanding columns, of the brackets. Thepair of brackets includes an upper bracket and a lower bracket; the deviation detecting instrument is inserted into the upper bracket horizontally and a detecting head of the deviation detecting instrument is exposed out of the upper bracket; a fixation plate is formed on the side wall of the upper bracket; and a notch is formed in the fixation plate. A screw rod inserted into the notch is formedon the deviation detecting instrument, passes through the notch, and is in a screw joint relationship with a fastening nut; and the screw rod can move along the notch. The reference detecting instrument is plugged into the lower bracket horizontally; a pointer head of the reference detecting instrument is exposed out of the lower bracket; and a telescopic rod assembly is arranged between the deviation detecting instrument and the reference detecting instrument. A conversion mechanism is arranged at one side of the deviation detecting instrument and the reference detecting instrument.
