The preparation method comprises following steps: 1, dried semen cannabis, Wushi tea, and Plantain seed are crushed and sieved, are subjected to immersion in water, and decoction with slow fire, obtained decoction solution is mixed and filtered so as to obtain a filtrate A; 2, cynanchum root and rhizome, lily bulb, glossy privet fruit, and borneol are dried, grinded, and sieved so as to obtain a mixture, distilled water with a weight amount of 2 to 4 times of that of the mixtureis added, and cooling and filtering are carried out so as to obtain a filtrate B for further processing; 3, the filtrate A and the filtrate B are mixed, ethanol is added for immersion, distilled wateris added for uniform mixing, and concentration and drying are carried out so as to obtain a concentrate C; and 4, an accessory ingredient is added into the concentrate so as to obtain a finished product dosage needed by clinical treatment.
