Abstract

The invention relates to a high-hardness modified PC (polycarbonate) and carbon fiber composite material which comprises PC resin, carbon fibers and an additive, wherein the additive comprises a coupling agent, a beta crystal form PP (polypropylene) nucleating agent, UHMWPE (ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene), a chain extender, a fire retardant, a compatilizer and other additives; specifically, the composite material comprises the following ingredients by mass percentage: 60-70% of the PC resin, 20-30% of the carbon fibers, 1-2% of the coupling agent, 3-5% of the beta crystal form PP nucleating agent, 5-10% of the UHMWPE, 0.5-1% of the chain extender, 0.3-1.5% of the fire retardant, 0.1-0.5% of the compatilizer and 1% of the other additives. Compared with the prior art, the compositematerial has the following advantages: 1, the added coupling agent is high in coupling efficiency to a PC material and stable in coupling structure, so that the hardness of the PC material is greatlyimproved.
