Abstract

The invention discloses a water jet scalpel with variable power for rust removal. According to the water jet scalpel, a hydraulic booster pump, a power pack and a control box are fixedly installed ina housing of the water jet scalpel; a transformer and a circuit board are installed in the control box; a switch and a knob are arranged on the surface, located on the outside surface of the control box, of the housing; a joint is arranged on the side face, located on the lateral surface of the control box, of the housing; a water inlet and a water outlet are also formed in the side, provided withthe joint, of the housing; one ends of the water inlet and the water outlet in the housing are respectively connected with the hydraulic booster pump; the end, located outside the housing, of the water outlet is connected with a water pipe; a high pressure water pipe and a wire cable are wrapped in a pipe casing; one end of the high pressure water pipe is connected with the water outlet and the other end of the high pressure water pipe is connected with a water jet scalpel gun; and one end of the wire cable is connected with the joint and the other end of the wire cable is connected with thewater jet scalpel gun. The water jet scalpel is reasonable in structure, convenient to use without manually adjusting the power of a host machine during use, and can conveniently and rapidly remove dust in some places where are difficult to dedust.
