A significant and unexpected cycle life was achieved for the Advanced Graphite mix, where the battery was able to cycle beyond 145,000 cycles above the failure voltage of 9V, in a non-stop, power-assist, cycle-life test. Batteries with Advanced Graphite also showed increased charge acceptance power and discharge power compared to control groups.

Method, system and method for processing bipolar plate of low-contact resistor and bipolar plate of low-contact resistor

The invention discloses a device for continuously processing a bipolar plate of a low-contact resistor. The processing device is sequentially provided with one pair of thermal-insulation heating rollers, two pairs of positioning rollers and one pair of sizing rollers along the entering direction of the bipolar plate, wherein two spraying components are arranged between the two pairs of positioning rollers and respectively arranged on both sides of the surface of the bipolar plate. In comparison with the prior art, the internal resistance of the bipolar plate can be decreased and the internal contact resistance of the bipolar plate and other pile components is effectively decreased according to the bipolar plate, so that the discharge power and voltage efficiency of piles are improved, the voltage efficiency can be increased by 2%-4%, and the discharge power is increased by 10%-20% under the same condition. The device can be directly and independently used or installed behind a bipolar plate extrusion die. The operating principle of the device is that a flat-plate bipolar plate enters into the positioning rollers after being heated (kept warm) through the thermal-insulation heater rollers, and flexible powder raw materials are sprayed to the surface of the bipolar plate between the positioning rollers through the spraying components and enter into the sizing rollers, so that the dipolar plate is pressed to achieve a regulated thickness.
