Then, by obtaining the time waste value of the CNC machine tool and the standby power of the machine tool, the energy waste value of the machine tool is calculated. Further calculate the actual processing energy consumption of a single part, combined with the ideal processing energy consumption of a single part, calculate the load-energy efficiency of the CNC machine tool. Based on the load rate model and load-energy efficiency model of CNC machine tools obtained above, the relationship model between load-energy efficiency and load rate of CNC machine tools is constructed.
