Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows for efficient use of liquids containing various substances like nitrogen fertility promoter (NPE) or other beneficial agents during plantations that require specific types of chemicals such as NP). By adding them directly onto the growing media used by plants called lamina clay instead of relying on solid wood blocks, it can save both time and money compared to previous methods. Additionally, cotton seed hulls are commonly found throughout China's grasslands where they were previously discarded without being reclaimed after harvesting their roots. Overall, this new approach simplifies the way we grow crops while reducing costs associated therewith.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to finding ways to improve the culture process of certain types of microorganisms called Paecilomyces spp., particularly those from Greece or Turkey where they have potential uses like antimicrobial properties.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for culturing inonotus hispidus by using vernonia amygdalina, and belongs to the technical field of edible fungi cultivation. A culture medium is used in the method forculture; a solid culture medium includes the following components by the mass percentage: 80%-100% of cottonseed hull, 0%-20% of corncob, and 0%-20% of rice, and the sum of the mass percentages of all the components is 100%. A nutrient liquid culture medium includes the following components: 0.045%-0.055% of vernonia amygdalina powder, 1.8%-2.2% of glucose, 0.15%-0.25% of yeast extract powder, and the balance water, wherein the sum of all the components is 100%, and the pH is neutral; the solid culture medium and the liquid culture medium are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:1.4-1:1.6.The mycelia of inonotus hispidus cultured by the culture medium grow fast, the fruiting body growth cycle is short, and the culture medium is simple to prepare, easy to operate and prone to realization of industrialization.
