The boxing device comprises a mounting frame, a first conveying mechanism, a second conveying mechanism, a grabbing mechanism which is provided witha containing cavity with the lower end capable of being contracted, a cylinder body which is arranged in the containing cavity and can move vertically, a net feeding mechanism which is used for conveying a section of net cover to the cylinder body to coat the cylinder body, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism, and the second driving mechanism is used for driving the grabbingmechanism to move vertically, so that when the grabbing mechanism is close to the net feeding mechanism by the aid of the second driving mechanism, the net feeding mechanism is used for conveying a section of net cover to the cylinder body; and when the grabbing mechanism is close to a fruit dish by the aid of the second driving mechanism, fruit is grabbed by the aid of the contraction of the lower end of the containing cavity of the grabbing mechanism, meanwhile the net cover is retreated to cover the fruit by the upward movement of the cylinder body, and when the grabbing mechanism is closeto a packaging box by the aid of the second driving mechanism, the fruit can be released to fall into the packaging box through reset of the lower end of the containing cavity.
