The adopted transition plate has the same profile as the part to be processed;the overall size is reduced by 2mm, which can realize once clamping and four-sided processing; and the clamping time is saved and the utilization rate of the four-axis machine tool is improved. Through the design of the clamping mode of one clamping and multiple working procedures, the efficiency is high, the positioning reference is consistent, and the workpiece size and concentricity can be guaranteed.
