Abstract

The invention discloses an intercooler and chips thereof. The intercooler comprises an upper cover plate, a lower cover plate, heat dissipation belts and the chips. A water inflow pipe and a water outflow pipe are arranged on the upper cover plate. Protrusions are arranged on one side walls of the chips, and plug-in structures are arranged on the other side faces of the chips. The two chips are oppositely buckled and assembled through the plug-in structures. The heat dissipation belts are connected with the chips and used for dissipating heat on the chips. According to the intercooler and thechips thereof, the protrusions and the plug-in structures are arranged on the chips, the heat dissipation area of the cooling liquid side is increased while normal flow of the cooling liquid is guaranteed, thus, the heat dissipation performance of the water side is improved, and the gas inlet temperature of an engine is effectively reduced. Meanwhile, the heat dissipation belts are arranged, heatdissipation and cooling of high-temperature gas environments can be achieved synchronously, thus, synchronous cooling of a water cooling manner and a gas cooling manner is achieved, and the heat dissipation efficiency is effectively improved.
