The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant cable for a
new energy vehicle. The cable comprises a wire core; an insulating layer, a
photonic crystal layer and a sheath layer are sequentiallywrapped on the wire core from inside to outside; threads are arranged on the outer surface of the insulating layer; the crests of the threads abut against the inner wall of the
photonic crystal layer,so that a cavity extending in the axial direction of the cable is formed between the insulating layer and the shielding layer; the cavity is filled with air; the
photonic crystal layer generates a photonic
band gap, so that the shielding of external radio
waves is achieved, and meanwhile heat in the air in the cavity can be radiated outwards from an
infrared band. According to the cable of the invention, heat on the wire core can be conducted to the air in the cavity, bulging caused by over-high local temperature of the cable can be avoided, the
dielectric constant of the insulating layer canbe effectively reduced, the
dielectric loss is reduced, and the transmission efficiency of the cable is remarkably improved; the photonic
band gap is generated through the photonic
crystal layer, sothat the shielding of the external radio
waves is achieved, meanwhile, the heat in air in the cavity can be radiated outwards from the
infrared band, and heat dissipation and cooling are achieved.
