Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of safety design of aircrafts, and particularly relates to a cable cutting device. The cable cutting device comprises a guiding piece provided with a guiding surface, a cutting piece provided with a cut, and a clamping piece clamping the guiding piece and a cutting piece, wherein the guiding piece guides a cable into the cut along the guiding surface, and the cut extrudes the cable radially and cuts off the cable. In addition, the invention further discloses a helicopter provided with the cable cutting device. The cable cutting device is installed on a ceiling and windshield framework of the helicopter or the portion, close to a rotor wing, of the bottom skin of a helicopter body, the guiding piece guides barriers of contact of the cable and thelike into the cut along the guiding surface, the cut extrudes the cable radially and cuts off the cable, and it is effectively avoided that a paddle hub of the rotor wing is caught due to barriers ofthe cable, so that disastrous accidents are caused.
