The test line wiring tool comprises an double-layer insulation mounting box, a hinge shaft vertically arranged in the middle of the double-layer insulation mounting box, a left insulation clamp body and a right insulation clamp body which are connected by the hinge shaft and arranged under the double-layer insulation mounting box, a voltage monitoring device fixedly arranged on the upper layer of the double-layer insulation mounting box, and an auxiliary storage device matched with the voltage monitoring device. The voltage monitoring device comprises a contact pin fixedly arranged on the upper layer of the double-layer insulation mounting box and located at the front end of the hinge shaft, a test wire interface fixedly connected with the tail end of the contact pin, a voltage induction indicating lamp fixedly connected with the middle of the contact pin, and a grounding wire connected with the voltage induction indicating lamp in series through a resistor.
