Thepressing component comprises a butting piece, a pressing rod, a guiding piece and a butting spring, the butting piece is slidably connected with the accommodating groove, an accommodating cavity is formed by surrounding of the butting piece and the accommodating groove, the pressing rod, the guiding piece and the butting spring are positioned in the accommodating cavity, and two ends of the butting spring respectively butt against the butting piece and the guiding piece. The locking component comprises a rotating piece and a locking piece, the pressing rod drives the rotating piece to rotate so as to enable the locking piece to extend from the sidewall and butt against an inner wall. The invention further provides a hanging basket flange comprising the safe and adjustable irradiation sample hole plug.
