The preparation method comprises thesteps that all the raw materials are weighed, then mixed at 35 DEG C and cultured for 20-30 h, after culture is ended, the mixture is placed in a hollow drying box at 60 DEG C, drying is conducted for1 h, after drying, low-temperature smashing is conducted, and the zinc-rich probiotics for improving the immune function of the cage-free local chicken is prepared.
