The blade assembly is arranged in the knife sheath and can slide relative to the inner wall of the knife sheath. Aheating cavity is arranged in the blades, the heating assembly is arranged in the heating cavity and is used to heat the blades, and the size adjusting assembly is arranged in the handle body and is detachably connected to the blade assembly. The provided operating knife is safer, is more easy to control, and is suitable for the pediatric surgeries which have more higher requirements on the safety.
