Abstract

The invention discloses a method for splicing three-dimensional data of product measurement. The method comprises the steps of: fixing a product on a fixation fixture; controlling a three-dimensionalscanner to scan a product; recording a scanning path of the three-dimensional scanner and a movement trajectory of a mobile control device in the complete scanning process of the product by a main controller; dismounting the product on the fixation fixture and then installing a calibration gauge; controlling the three-dimensional scanner and the mobile control device to carry out same scanning andposition controlling on the calibration gauge based on the recorded scanning path and movement trajectory by the main controller; with certain data in the point cloud data of the calibration gauge asa reference, carrying out splicing and integration on the plurality of point cloud data of the calibration gauge; and compensating the splicing of the point cloud data of the product with a constraint value in splicing of the point cloud data of the calibration gauge correspondingly to complete the splicing of the product point cloud data. Therefore, the product structure can be scanned completely; the integrity of the product scanning is guaranteed; and the work efficiency is improved substantially.
