The casing comprises an outer casing and an inner casing, the outer casing is providedwith a first water inlet and a first water outlet, and a hollow interlayer with a closed rear end is arranged between the outer casing and the inner casing. The hollow interlayer comprises a front region and a rear region, the front region is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity by two blocking portions arranged along the length direction of the casing, the upper cavity is communicatedwith the rear region, and a sealing portion is arranged between the lower cavity and the rear region for sealing.
