The stepless haemostatic forceps comprise a first forceps handle and a second forceps handle of which the middles are hinged to each other, a control device used for controlling the clamping spacing of a clamping part is arranged in an operating part and comprises a slide rod connected to the first forceps handle, a fixed cover connected to the second forceps handle and a rotary cylinder rotatably arranged in the fixed cover, the end, deviating from the first forceps handle, of the slide rod slidably penetrates into the rotary cylinder, and slide keys which are distributed in the length direction of the slide rod and are in a helical line shape are arranged at the outer circumference of the slide rod; key grooves for being matched with the slide keys are formed in the inner circumference of the rotary cylinder so that the slide rod can drive the rotary cylinder to rotate through the cooperation of the slide keys and the key grooves when the slide rod moves in the direction of being close to or away from the second forceps handle and a lockingmechanism for locking rotation of the rotary cylinder is further arranged on the fixed cover.
