Abstract

The invention provides a method for testing responses of different kinds of paddy rice on slow-release urea in the technical field of agricultural tests. The method includes the following steps: (1) taking three kinds of paddy rice which are yangdao 6, yangliangyou 6 and yangjing 4038 as a split plot, planting density being 13.3 * 25.0 cm; taking fertilizer treatment as a main area, which respectively is S-type release curve slow-release nitrogen fertilizer (pure N30 g.m<-2>), linear release curve slow-release nitrogen fertilizer (pure N30 g. m <-2>), conventional urea fertilizer and no nitrogen fertilizer; applying the slow-release fertilizer at one time before transplanting, and applying the conventional urea for four times according to base fertilizer, tillering stage, flower promotingfertilizer and spikelet-developing fertilizer; (2) measuring the stem and tiller dynamic state of a growth stage and the production and distribution of substances; (3) measuring the content of chlorophyll; (4) measuring yield and yield components; (5) measuring nitrogen absorbing amount, the utilization efficiency of nitrogen elements and the quality of paddy rice; and (6) performing data analysisaccording to the above measured data.
