Abstract

The invention discloses an automatic driving vehicle scheduling method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) receiving a ride request message, wherein the ride request message comprises departure place information, destination information, riding time, carpooling intend information and emergency contact number; 2) obtaining location information, free time information and carpooling passenger status information of each operating vehicle, and determining vehicle information of at least three candidate vehicles; 3) obtaining current traffic information and route planning information fromthe candidate vehicles to the departure place of a passenger, calculating time information for final arrival at the departure place of the passenger and selecting an optimum vehicle; and 4) sending the ride request message to the optimum vehicle, controlling the optimum vehicle to drive to the departure place of the passenger, and sending the vehicle information of the optimum vehicle to a mobileterminal of the passenger.
