Abstract

The invention discloses a digital twins construction method of a FAST active reflection surface, and the digital twins technology is a novel technology which combines digital information of equipmentwith data streams obtained in real time during the operation of the equipment, and obtains the real operation state of the actual equipment through simulation analysis. By means of the digital twins technology, equipment operators can obtain some data which cannot be collected when the equipment runs or the collected data size cannot meet the fault diagnosis requirement. By analyzing the data, theactual operation state of the equipment can be mastered, the equipment fault can be predicted in advance, and then the on-demand maintenance of the equipment can be realized (CBM, CBM). According tothe method, a high-precision sensor and measurement equipment which are arranged on the FAST active reflection surface are utilized, the construction of digital twins of the FAST active reflection surface is completed by adopting an iterative algorithm, and a good foundation is laid for fault prediction and health management research of the FAST active reflection surface.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of digital twin construction methods, in particular to a digital twin construction method of a FAST active reflective surface. Background technique [0002] The 500m-aperture spherical radio telescope (Five-hundred-meter aperture spherical radiotelescope, FAST) is the world's largest single-aperture radio telescope. The reflective surface of the telescope adopts a unique working method of active displacement, which can form a paraboloid with a diameter of 300m in different areas of the 500m-diameter reflective surface according to the angle of observation of the celestial body. The operating frequency of the telescope is between 70MHz and 3GHz. [0003] In order to realize the active displacement characteristics of the reflecting surface, FAST uses a flexible cable net as the main support structure. The cable net structure includes 6,670 main cables and 2225 main cable nodes, and the cable net is fixed on the ring beam. T...
