Abstract

The invention provides a method and a system for automatically selecting signal control schemes of intersections. The method comprises the following steps: calculating saturability of each alternativescheme corresponding to an intersection from an initial stage to all stages according to lane traffic expressed by a formula which is as shown in the description and obtained in real time so as to obtain a key phase expressed by a formula which is as shown in the description of each alternative scheme; and screening saturability deviations of the key phases to obtain an optimal signal control scheme.
