The noise-absorbing device comprises a noise-absorbing partition board and noise-eliminating spheres, wherein the noise-absorbing partition board is provided with a plurality of noise-absorbing through holes, and the noise-eliminating spheres are arranged on one of the side surfaces of the noise-absorbing partition board and correspond to the noise-absorbing through holes one by one separately; the noise-eliminating spheres comprise supporting shells and hollow rubber spheres, wherein the supporting shells are spherical, the hollow rubber spheres are positioned in the supporting shells, and the outer surfaces of the hollow rubber spheres and the inner surfaces of the supporting shells are bonded and fixed; a plurality of rubber bulges uniformly distributed are arranged on the inner walls of the hollow rubber spheres; noise inlets are formed in the same position of the supporting shells and the hollow rubberspheres; and the noise inlets of each noise-eliminating sphere correspondingly and fixedly communicate with the corresponding noise-absorbing through holes through connecting assemblies.
