Abstract

The experimental system comprises a vacuum impregnation unit and an electrothermal aging unit. The vacuum impregnation unit is a vacuum impregnation tank containing the transformer oil subjected to dehydration and degassing treatment and used for oil impregnation treatment of the insulating paperboard. The electrothermal aging unit comprises a power supply control cabinet, a power supply cabinet and an electrothermal aging tank. A plate-plate electrode mechanism is arranged in the electrothermal aging tank. An automatic temperature controller is also arranged on the electrothermal aging tank. The power supply cabinet is used for providing voltage for the power supply control cabinet and the plate-plate electrode mechanism in the electrothermal aging tank. The power supply control cabinet is connected with the power supply cabinet and used for adjusting the voltage frequency on the plate-plate electrode mechanism.
