Abstract

The invention relates to a radiotherapy dosage verification method and system. The method includes steps: S1, receiving a CT image obtained before radiotherapy, and sketching a target area in the CT image; S2, extracting a plurality of radiomics characteristics of the target area; S3, screening out the radiomics characteristics in remarkable relevance to TRR (tumor regression ratio) from the multiple extracted radiomics characteristics; S4, presetting a dosage value, recognizing the CT image processed in the step S3 by a pre-trained radiomics model, and outputting to obtain the TRR under the given dosage value. A novel idea is provided, the radiomics model is obtained by training based on a machine learning method, the given dosage value is verified by virtue of the TRR outputted by the radiomics model, a prediction result is insusceptible to single dosage, and high reliability of a verification result is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical technology, in particular to a method and system for verifying radiation therapy dose. Background technique [0002] The current radiotherapy dose is adjusted according to the individual biological effect dose (Bd), the formula is Bd=E / α=nd(1+d / [α / β])-log e 2(T-TK) / αTp, where Bd is BED, which is the biologically effective dose, E is the total cell index killing, α is the irreparable killing coefficient, that is, the exponential killing caused by irradiation per Gy, and β is the repairable killing coefficient, that is, the square of the exponential killing caused by irradiation per Gy, n is the number of fractionated irradiations, d is the dose of a single fractionation, T is the total irradiation time, Tk is the start time of cell repopulation, Tp is the doubling of the number of cells in continuous irradiation Average time. See "The linear quadratic formula and progress in fractionated radiotherapy," by ...
