The data processing method comprises the steps of recording an event which is described by a user and causes depression;after user description, switching a scene which is presented in a user visual field, wherein the scene comprises reproduction of the recorded event which causes depression by virtual figures; and after the virtual figures finish reproduction, outputting opinion expressing guiding information, thereby guiding the user to express the opinion for aiming at the virtual figures. According to the data processing method and the device, voice recording can be performed on the event which is described by the user; then the recorded voice of the user is reproduced through the virtual figures; and furthermore the emotion of the user is intervened in a manner of guiding the user to express the opinion on the reproduced recorded voice of the virtual figures through a machine. Because the steps above can be finished through one set of equipment according to the data processing method and the device, compared with a manner of executing the step by an operator in prior art, manpower cost is well reduced.
