Problems solved by technology

These methods can produce stacked actuators, but there are many problems. For example, there is no adhesive force between the cured films, and air will still enter after stacking. When applying voltage to the actuator, it is easy to generate electricity. Breakdown phenomenon; when stacking, it is difficult to completely overlap between two adjacent layers, and the final one causes poor consistency of the actuator; when the film is made by rotating the glue homogenizer, there is a situation where the middle is thick and the edge is thin; the conductive particles may be in the film. "washed away" by the liquid silicone rubber, resulting in poor final consistency of the actuator

Embodiment 1

[0037] Such as figure 1 As shown, a PET film with a suitable size is cut as the substrate 1 .

[0038] After pouring the liquid silicone rubber 3 on the substrate 1, adjust the height of the scraper 2 of the cast coating machine from the substrate, and move the scraper in a certain direction to scrape and coat the silicone rubber material into a film blank with a uniform thickness , which is the insulating encapsulation layer of the bottom layer of the actuator.

[0039] Such as figure 1 As shown in (c), place the film blank horizontally and wait for it to solidify.

[0040] Put the PET film or release paper on the operating table of the laser cutting machine, input the drawn electrode shape to the laser cutting machine, adjust the parameters such as cutting speed and cutting power, start the cutting machine, and cut to obtain the mask plate 4 , and spread it on the surface of the silicone rubber membrane.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stacked dielectric elastomer actuator, comprising the following steps of: firstly, uniformly coating a PET film with a liquid silicone rubber solution by a casting film forming machine to form a film; cutting the shapes of a plurality of actuator electrodes as mask plates for preparing an electrode layer; closely attaching the mask plates to the surface of the silicone rubber, and then uniformly coating the surfaces of the mask plates and the surface of the silicone rubber film with the liquid conductive material so as to forming an electrode layer having a determined thickness; after the electrode layer is prepared, stripping off the mask plates and solidifying the mask plates by heating; then casting a layer of silicone rubber film over the electrode layer, and repeating the above steps to obtain a piece of silicone rubber having a plurality of stacked actuators; and cutting the silicone rubber with a cutter to obtain a pluralityof stacked actuators to complete the manufacture of the stacked dielectric elastomer actuator. The method is easy to operate and reproducible, achieves good adhesion between the electrode layer and the actuation layer, achieves actuators with stable working performance and has a wide application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of intelligent materials and intelligent structures, and in particular relates to a manufacturing method of a stacked dielectric elastic body actuator. Background technique [0002] At present, the mainstream method of making multi-layer functional elastomers is to obtain a film of a certain thickness by casting molding, then cut the film into multiple units, and finally stack these units to form a multi-layer structure, or use a uniform glue machine to obtain a dielectric material. The elastomer film is then sprayed with conductive particles on it with a spray gun, and then continues to make a dielectric elastomer film on it. These methods can produce stacked actuators, but there are many problems. For example, there is no adhesive force between the cured films, and air will still enter after stacking. When applying voltage to the actuator, it is easy to generate electricity. Breakdown phenomenon; when stacking, it ...
