The embodiment of the invention discloses a full compensation implementation method for a controllable current source by cooperating with a presetting arc extinguishing coil, which comprises the stepsthat the line voltage of the system is detected when the system is normal operation; the controllable current source outputs first detection current to detect first neutral point voltage and first arc extinguishing coil current; the controllable current source outputs second detection current to detect second neutral point voltage and second arc extinguishing coil current; the current required tobe output when the single-phase grounding occurs in different phases of the system and the controllable current source fully compensates the grounding current is calculated; whether the single-phasegrounding occurs in the system or not is judged; if the single-phase grounding occurs, the grounding phase is determined; and the controllable current source outputs the current required to be outputwhen the controllable current source corresponding to the grounding phase fully compensates the grounding current.
