[0034] figure 1 It is an external view seen from the rear right side of a vehicle to which the vehicle body structure according to one embodiment of the present invention is applied. The vehicle 1 of the present embodiment is a four-wheel passenger vehicle. The vehicle 1 is a five-door vehicle and has left and right front doors, left and right rear doors, and a tailgate on the rear end surface. The left and right rear doors are sliding doors. figure 1 In FIG. 2 , the right rear sliding door 13 is shown in the figure. In addition, the sliding door may be only one of the left and right rear doors.

[0035] In addition, here, the example of applying the structure of the present invention to the periphery of the right rear door is described, but it can also be applied to other parts such as the periphery of the left rear door, and can also be applied to the right rear door and the left rear door. On multiple parts such as each periphery.

Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle body structure suppressing deformation of an outer panel. The invention provides the vehicle body structure, including: an outer panel provided with a slide rail extending in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, and forming an outer surface of the vehicle body; an inner panel disposed on the inner side in the vehicle-width direction of the outer panel; and a reinforcing member disposed between the outer panel and the inner panel. The reinforcing member has: a fixing portion fixed to the slide rail; an outer extending configuration portion extending outward in the vehicle width direction from the fixing portion at a position above the fixing portion; and an upper extending portion extending upward from an end at the outer panel side of the outer extending configuration portion.

Description

[0001] Cross References to Related Applications [0002] This application claims priority from Japanese Patent Application No. 2017-234282, filed December 6, 2017, entitled "Body Construction," the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. technical field [0003] The invention relates to a vehicle body structure. Background technique [0004] As a vehicle body structure, there is known a structure in which a reinforcing member is provided between an outer panel and an inner panel in order to increase the rigidity of a rear fender. Patent Document 1 discloses a structure in which a reinforcement member extends in the vehicle width direction above an abutment portion abutting against a rail mounting surface of an outer panel in order to increase rigidity against a load from a suspension case. The inner side is extended, wherein the suspension housing is arranged on the inner side of the vehicle than the inner panel. [0005] prior art literature [00...
