Abstract

The invention belongs to a pressure release purification method for a uranium hexafluoride main condenser. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pressure release preparation; and (2) releasingpressure in a pumping manner. The method has the advantages that when the main condenser temperature rise pressure release method is adopted, the pressure release time of the main condenser is greatly shortened and is reduced to about 6 hours from the original average of 14 hours, so that the whole production period of the main condenser is shortened (i.e., condensation receiving, heating pressure release, heating liquefying, liquid phase sampling transferring, excess material gas phase transferring, and container cooling for standby application), and the production receiving capability of UF6 is effectively improved; meanwhile, due to the change of the pressure release method, conflicts between the second-stage condenser and the third-stage condenser and the pressure release operation ofthe main condenser when the second-stage condenser and the third-stage condenser transfer materials to the main condenser are avoided, and therefore stable operation of a production line is guaranteed.
