An electroluminesccnt display device includes a first electrode provided on a substrate, a bank disposed on the first electrode and defining a plurality of emission areas above the first electrode, anemission layer provided in the plurality of emission areas and configured to emit light wherein the emission layer in each of the plurality of emission areas has a curved top surface, and a second electrode provided on the bank and the emission layer, wherein among the plurality of emission areas, each of a first emission area and a second emission area is provided with a rounded corner, and wherein a first radius curvature (R1) in the rounded corner of the first emission area is different from a second radius curvature (R2) in the corner of the second emission area.
