Abstract

The invention discloses an uplink resource allocation method in a smart power grid. The method comprises the following steps: writing a target data volume of to-be-transmitted buffer data into a BSR reported to an eNB by a DA; the eNB inquires a corresponding target quantized value of the target data volume in the data quantized mother table; the eNB inquires a target index value corresponding toa target data volume in a pre-defined data quantization sub-table corresponding to the target quantization value, and each quantization value in the data quantization mother table is correspondingly provided with a data quantization sub-table; the eNB distributes uplink resources for the DA according to the target index value, and configures and authorizes the distributed uplink resources in a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH); and the DA monitors the PDCCH to obtain the configuration and authorization, and uploads the to-be-transmitted buffer data in the authorized uplink resource according to the configuration. According to the invention, the uplink resource distribution efficiency can be improved, the resource waste rate is reduced, and no extra signaling overhead is introduced.
